If porter service is required, the client has to book it directly at the hotel or at the airport.

The travelling expenses (by public transport or taxi) for the guide will be added to the invoice.

 

TOUR LEADER

Min. 2 days: one price for tour leaders all over Norway.

Transfer to/from assignment	NOK 1650 per day + travelling expenses (hotel / flight / taxi / bus)
Days with the group	NOK 2750 per day + food if this is not included with the group
	Board for the guide: if the guide is not to eat with the clients, boar will be charged from the following rates: 8-12 hours NOK 255, from 12 hours NOK 465.

If City Sightseeing is requested, the price for this will be in addition

 Mobile/phone expenses for the guide will be added to the invoice.

INFORMATION

 

THE GUIDE WILL ARRIVE

1. 15 min. prior to starting time for standard tours, included in the price.

2. If the client wants the guide to meet 30 min. prior to starting time,
   there will be an extra fee: NOK 100 per guide.

DISPATCH FEE

In connection with shore excursions from cruise ships we will charge
NOK 400 (included 25% tax) per hour to organise buses, guides and
passenger on the pier upon departure and arrival of the excursion.
Please note that this service is obligatory for cruise clients.

BOOKING TERMS

1. All bookings must be confirmed by fax, letter or e-mail.

2. The booking must state information about time and place og meeting, number of hours,
   and information to the guide about entrances that have been booked.
3. The prices are exclusive of coach hire and museum entrances. Entrances have to be booked
   and paid directly by the client.

4. The prices are exclusive of VAT as per March 2010.
   There will be a price increase of between 8 and 25% if VAT is introduced (dependent on VAT level)

EXTRAS

1. Start/end outside the cities or ports. Please add the price for extra hours and
   travelling expenses (bus/train/taxi) for the guide.

2. On Public Holidays and from 2400-0600 there will be a 50% price increase.

3. For groups of more than 55 persons there will be a 50% price increase.

4. Changes in appointed time or meeting place, language etc. less than 14 days
   before the tour: NOK 200.

5. The client’s representatives are not allowed to sign for extra services (e.g. extra hours,
   fees for changes etc.) not stated on the voucher. The client must confirm the extra
   service by phone/fax/e-mail, and will then be invoiced for extra expenses.

6. Express fee for bookings made less than 24 hours prior to departure: NOK 300.

7. If groups are delayed, the excursion will be shortened accordingly,
   or the client must confirm that extra time (if guide is available) can be invoiced.
   

CANCELLATION FEES

1. Cancellation: 14 days - 48 hours before appointed time: NOK 300.
2. Cancellation less than 48 hours before appointed time: full price according to booking.
3. “No show”: if the group fails to appear without prior notice,
   100% payment according to booking will be charged.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. By voucher: for clients with a credit agreement.
   The voucher must state the exact services as booked.
   If groups are delayed, the excursion will be shortened accordingly.
2. Foreign personal cheques or credit cards are not accepted.
3. Payment is due: 15 days from invoice date.
4. Fee for delayed payment: 1.5 % per month.
5. Payment by international bank draft: please add NOK 100.
